GENTLE CHIROPRACTIC CARE, PILATES, YOGA, GLIDE TRAINING, PILOXING & MIXED FITNESS CLASSES (incorporating a variety of Disc Balance Training, Strength Conditioning,  Glide, Step Class &/or the Power Slide, tailored to each class ability), as well as, PERSONAL TRAINING, and YOGA BALL- are all here! A "one-stop-shop" for your wellness care, conveniently in one office.  Also, enjoy the ION CLEANSE PURIFICATION SYSTEM (a detox program), and indulge in relaxing MASSAGE THERAPY. For those on the go, you can schedule your very own CUSTOMIZED CLASS ( a minimum of 4 per class is requested).  If there's something you don't see, just ask-we are always adding new classes and would love your suggestions!

Because our class size is limited, please call in advance to sign up.   We will find a program that best suits your wellness needs.  Daily or monthly memberships are offered.  You do not need to be a current client at our chiropractic office, EVERYONE IS WELCOMED!
